As real estate company owners, our founders Amina and Steve understand the immense benefits of having a dedicated and committed team. That may not be true for some, and while those great agents do very well on their own, scaling your real estate business without help can be a struggle.
This struggle reminded her of the competitive job market of her home country Trinidad and Tobago. She knew that her native countrymen possessed a comparable talent that exceeded expectations. Instantly, she experienced a LIGHT BULB moment. How can she effectively explore the gold mine of Trinidad and Tobago while simultaneously giving opportunities to the country?
And so, VIBE Connections was born. We recruit highly motivated individuals and provide them with extensive training and the tools to offer you the professional services you need to grow your business. Unlike the competitors, our Virtual Employees have specific real estate skills and are equipped to provide real value to your business.

Meet Our Founders

CEO & Founder
Amina has been honing her business acumen since the tender age of seven. When other children her age were doing what was “normal” on the weekends, Amina was busy selling rare and exotic spices from Grenada to locals and tourists alike in her native island home of Trinidad. She quickly gained and has retained a reputation for her honesty and integrity.
In 2001, Amina migrated to the United States to join her family, however, she did not leave her entrepreneurial spirit behind. She fell in love with real estate and went on to found her own real estate, property management, and cleaning businesses. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a Math Major.
Amina is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams. It is this compelling desire to help others, combined with her determination, that has led her to founding VIBE Connections Limited. She saw two groups of people needing help and, in true Amina fashion, rose to the challenge and came up with a solution to help them both.
“The reward for me isn’t just about the money and the big life I get to fund for my family,” she says, “it’s about knowing I was able to help people achieve their dreams.”

Steve Jones Jr.
Co-Founder
Steve was born and raised in Connecticut. After completing high school, he went on to attend Temple University in Philadelphia, graduating in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. After spending six years in Philadelphia, he returned to Connecticut and started working for a local REO brokerage, doing property valuation.
He eventually created his own company around REO property valuation and worked extensively with several top-producing REO brokers in the New Haven County. When the REO market slowed down, Steve did not let that faze him and instead, used it as a stepping-stone to what would turn out to be bigger and better things. Without missing a beat, he transitioned to being a real estate agent.
It was not long before Steve realized that he had discovered his true calling – helping people achieve their real estate goals and effectively bringing their dreams to life. He worked as a single agent for six years, during which time he helped over 150 families with buying and/or selling their home. In May of 2020, he joined forces with Amina, becoming a partner in her real estate business and cofounder of VIBE Connections Limited

Kalifa Noel brings over a decade of experience in sales and marketing to Vibe Connections. She utilises the power of building relationships to foster numerous client relationships that boost the company’s overall objectives. She is focused on expanding Vibe Connections’ reach into many industries throughout North America.

Rashala Joseph
Chief Of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Rashala Joseph brings almost a decade of operational, administrative, and leadership expertise to Vibe Connections. Rashala focuses on boosting executive productivity and cultivating organisational success. She is instrumental in fostering an environment at Vibe Connections that promotes open communication, prioritises key initiatives, and maintains strategic alignment across the organization.

Candice Roberts
Human Resources & Accounting Manager
The Human Resources and Accounting Manager is a professional with over a decade of experience in accounting and five years in human resources. She possesses adept skills in performing core accounting functions such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations, as well as basic human resource responsibilities, including employee onboarding, record management, and payroll processing.

Linda Williams
Director & Quality Assurance Officer
Linda Williams is the Director, Social Media Manager, and Communications Officer at Vibe Connections Limited. With a track record of fostering a positive and motivating work environment, she blends organisation, communication, and people skills to keep operations running smoothly, support employee well-being, and strengthen the company’s online presence and professional relationships.

Brent Zephyrine brings over a decade of experience in strategic communications, brand management, corporate governance and education. Holding dual degrees in Law and Communications, Media and Public Relations, Brent’s multidisciplinary background uniquely qualifies him to elevate organisational operations. As Operations Specialist at Vibe Connections, Brent leverages his expertise to streamline systems and support the company’s mission.

As the Growth Coordinator, Bumike Smythe brings over 20 years of experience to Vibe Connections, encompassing leadership, sales, and brand management. He focuses on maximising clientele growth through systematic lead generation strategies and re-engagement procedures. He is adept at fostering meaningful relationships, sustaining current partnerships and re-engaging with past clients.

As the Online Agent Support Supervisor, I lead a team of highly skilled professionals, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service in the OAS department and by extension Vibe Connections. I specialise in providing product and service deliverables while assisting professionals with accuracy and efficiency. I am passionate about business operations while utilising my requisite skills to create systems that empower professionals to achieve sustainable growth.
