What is a Virtual Employee?
A virtual employee is someone employed to work remotely to do any array of tasks. These tasks include but is not limited to, email management, calendar management, scheduling appointments, project management, assisting with paperwork, social media management etc.
Why outsource to Trinidad and Tobago?
By outsourcing to Trinidad and Tobago you get qualified, trained employees for a fraction of the cost to hire an in-person employee. Also, English is their first language and they are in a similar time zone to the U.S.
What are the working hours?
Our full-time employees work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Our part-time employees work 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week.
Will I be able to interview the candidate chosen for me?
Yes. After you have completed your free 15-minute consultation with us and we have assessed your needs, you will be provided with the resumes of 2 suitable candidates. You will also be provided with a link to book two, 15-minute interviews with the candidates. After which you can decide which candidate you will go forward with.
What if my virtual employee isn’t a good fit?
Clients can choose to replace their virtual employee if found not to be a good fit given reasonable attempts to perform.
How will my virtual employee be accountable for work done?
We recommend that our clients start off with at least two check ins daily via their preferred medium. The virtual employees are also required daily, to submit a document recording all the tasks that were completed or they are working on at the end of each work day.
How will I communicate with my virtual employee?
It depends on your personal preference but emails, phone and video calls are all options.
Do I have to train my virtual employee?
All of our virtual employees are trained in basic administrative skills. It is the responsibility of the client to provide any specialized training to the virtual employee. However, if you don’t have the time to train your VE we provide the add-on option to provide specialized training based on your needs.
Can my virtual employee make calls on my behalf?
A detailed answer to provide information about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
What security measures are in place with my virtual assistant?
Firstly, all of our virtual employees are extensively vetted. They also sign a confidentiality and non-compete. In addition, their devices are outfitted with anti-virus software and they are required to only send information through safe and secure channels.
